Information Collected from Travelers

• Phone number (required before sending the first request)

• Request and matching history
• Chat messages (after matching is established)
• Review and ratings
• Report and block history
• Access logs (including IP address, browser information, and access timestamps)

2. Purposes of Use

We use personal information for the following purposes:

1. Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service, including user matching;
2. Identity verification, age verification, phone number verification;
3. Detecting, investigating, and responding to violations of the Terms of Service;
4. Handling reports and resolving disputes;
5. Sending important notices and service-related communications;
6. Analyzing usage patterns and improving the Service;
7. Complying with legal obligations.

3. Information Visible to Other Users

1. Profile photo, display name, age range, gender, languages spoken, areas covered, bio, and reviews may be visible to other users of the Service.
2. Date of birth, legal name, ID image, phone number, and email address will not be disclosed to other users.
3. Reviews become visible when both parties have submitted reviews or when 72 hours have elapsed after the session, whichever occurs first.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Operator will not disclose personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following circumstances:

1. When required by applicable law;
2. When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining consent is difficult;
3. When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Operator, users, or third parties.

5. Service Providers and International Data Transfers

The Operator uses the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. As a result, personal information may be transferred outside Japan, primarily to the United States. Each service provider handles personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

1. Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
2. Upon account deletion, personally identifiable information — including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, identification documents, and profile photos — will be promptly deleted.
3. However, to maintain service quality, protect other users, and comply with legal obligations, the following will remain in anonymized form (without information that can identify you): submitted reviews, past matching history, report records, and chat messages exchanged after a match was established. In these records, deleted users are displayed as "Deleted user".
4. Where necessary for handling reports, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations, related information may be retained for up to three (3) years.

7. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their own personal information:

• The right to request access to personal information;
• The right to request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information;
• The right to request suspension of processing;
• The right to request cessation of disclosure to third parties.

Basic account management functions, including profile editing and account deletion, are available within the Service. For requests that cannot be completed through the Service, please contact us using the information provided in Section 9.

8. Security Measures and Cookies

1. The Operator implements appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. Such measures include HTTPS encryption, access controls for databases and identification documents, administrator training, and maintenance of access logs.
2. The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain authentication sessions, analyze usage patterns, and improve the Service.
