We typically respond within 2–5 business days. Inquiries sent on weekends or holidays may receive a response the following business week.

Before contacting us

  • For actions that can be completed within the Service such as reporting and blocking, please use the in-app features first.
  • Account deletion can be done at Settings → "Delete Account".
